Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Admin & Data Entry Intern, reporting to the Assistant Production Manager.

This role is responsible to assist the Production Department with its administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Interact and cooperate with other members of the cafes and Production as appropriate.
  • Update and compile daily ordering from cafes/online.
  • Receive stock/ item from supplier in the absence of Receiving Officer.
  • Prepare month end report.
  • Check emails from outlets for occasional ordering/request.
  • Answer phone calls from outlets.
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Carry out ad hoc job-related assignments and / or tasks as delegated by immediate superiors.
  • Ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • Strictly adhere to all Policies & Procedures in the company.
  • Responsible for reporting problem(s) with regards to the GMP & Halal to identified person(s).

Your Ingredients

  • Currently pursuing minimum Diploma in Office Management/ Business/ Economics or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office applications will be added advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs
