Creative & Marketing Manager
A Creative & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative marketing strategies that promote a brand, product, or service. Their role combines creativity with strategic marketing to drive engagement and business growth.
Graphic Design Oversight : Directing the design of visual content for marketing materials, advertisements, and branding.
Website Management : Overseeing the development and maintenance of the company website to ensure a user-friendly interface and alignment with branding.
Social Media Strategy : Creating and implementing strategies for various social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Content Creation : Leading the development of written, video, and graphic content across platforms, ensuring quality and alignment with brand voice.
Editing and Proofreading : Reviewing all outgoing content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Development : Establishing and maintaining a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
Team Leadership : Managing a team of designers, writers, and social media specialists to achieve marketing goals.
Market Research : Analyzing market trends and audience insights to inform design and content strategies.
Collaboration : Working with other departments, such as sales and product development, to support overall business objectives.
Budget Management : Overseeing budgets for design projects and marketing campaigns.
Performance Metrics : Setting KPIs and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives to make data-driven decisions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
