At RevenueGrowth, we help businesses recover hidden revenue leaks using AI-driven solutions. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and accelerate our growth.
Your Role:
- Identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from our AI-powered solutions.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase how we solve hidden revenue leaks.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Close deals and onboard new clients to our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning.
- Track and optimize sales performance, hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (agency, SaaS, or AI-related experience is a bonus).
- A hunter mentality—you love chasing and closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills—you educate and solve, not just pitch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently while being a team player.
- A passion for AI, automation, and helping businesses unlock free money from their existing pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: RM4,000 (depending on experience)
