Customer Service/ Sales
Handling Inquiries: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, providing detailed information about services, treatments, and pricing.
Sales Conversion: Engaging with potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings, upselling or cross-selling relevant treatments or packages.
Customer Support: Assisting with booking appointments, confirming details, and addressing customer concerns or requests before, during, and after treatment.
Follow-Up: Following up with leads or clients who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase to encourage conversions.
CRM Management: Maintaining an organized record of customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups are timely, and updating sales data in the clinic’s CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Staying up to date with the clinic’s services and treatments to provide accurate and persuasive information to clients.
Social media: Create/edit/post content related to the business social media account.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Location: Damansara Uptown, Selangor
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
