Sales Admin (night shift)

Job Responsibilities:
Administration and Billing:
- Proactively manage rate administration and documentation to support billing for international accounts.
- Handle order and price adjustments, including updating prices, item codes, grouping order lines, and making manual additions to orders.
- Maintain and regularly update rate cards, ensuring system clean-up and maintenance.
Purchase Order Management:
- Track and report purchase orders, attach POs to SAP, and update orders with POs.
- Initiate invoice correction requests in SAP, process credit notes, and obtain necessary approvals from Account Managers.
Sales Order Management:
- Review system status, notes, and pricing/PO status before releasing sales orders.
- Provide monthly collection status by region and key clients to account management and finance teams.
Vendor Management Administration:
- Check and review vendor requisitions, supplying Vendor Questionnaires as needed.
- Raise tickets for requisitions and track the process through compliance, SMT, and legal as applicable.
- Ensure all vendor documentation and related information is current and correctly filed.
- Escalate client issues to respective managers and track key actions, reporting progress to senior management and finance.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements in collaboration with internal departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of communications.
- Attend to sales support and vendor administration tasks.
- Maintain awareness of service/product rates and credit policies.
- Uphold professional behavior in all interactions and communications.
- Perform any other related tasks and responsibilities as required by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales servicing, accounting, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and provide constructive
- Able to work on US/UK hours
- Excellent excel skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
