  • To coordinate, plan, expedite on daily schedule booking & arrangement for East Malaysia, Export include special requirement on demand if any and include the container schedule in / out between external providers and warehouse.

a) Place Booking with Forwarding, received booking confirmation and update into one drive for Warehouse schedule planning
b) Email weekly schedule to related party for arrangement

  • To handle import activities include duty and tax handling, LCL and FCL container scheduling arrangement with forwarding and warehouse.

a) Courier ( DHL/ Fedex) Clearance Handling
b) LCL & FCL clearance & Scheduling arrangement
c) Documentation : Key in record into Import Record & Filling Shipping Documentation

  • To align on containers’ confirmation and schedule with related part (internally & externally) include the system update.
  • To follow up with external providers on ac hoc cases and reported on additional cost incur to related party for consent to proceed.
  • Delivery follow up to ensure reach destination & delivery dispute with root cause recording and share to related department to inform customer immediately for the status of arrival.
  • Follow up POD from transporter and system update (system and customer share folder)
  • All the shipping & custom documents preparation for EM & Export shipment & custom purpose include commercial invoice for EM.
  • Containers defect handling (include documentation follow up & update, follow up for replacement unit & fulfilment follow up)
  • Perform filling for Shipping documents which include a copy of proforma invoice.
  • To escalate to immediate superior for assist as and when issue incur which not able to resolve and or any new issue incur apart from daily activities.
  • Other task & duty as and when request and assign by superior from time to time.
  • Backup for the local trucks planning on job rotation :

a) To coordinate, plan, expedite on daily truck booking for loading & unloading to & from customers, suppliers, inter-company, special request include the urgent request.
b) Daily system update on truck confirmation and truck number registration in system and system release for loading.
c) Handle trucks arrangement for return goods & return pallets collection.

The experience that we're looking to add to our team:

  • Requires Diploma or equivalent with a focus in Business Administration, Logistic Planning, Warehouse related discipline.
  • Requires minimum 2 years of Logistic Planning/Warehouse experience.
  • Able to demonstrate in ERP or Fleet Management is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
