ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· To verify driver Touch n Go card usage and request payment from Accounts.
· To monitor and arrange for company vehicles road tax and insurance renewal or inspection for Puspakom.
· Handling for online sales order.
· Receiving and manage daily incoming and outgoing goods for transactions.
· Purchasing and inventory management.
· Assist purchaser to issue Purchase Order.
· Maintain and update database and spreadsheets for various reports.
· Monitor office supplies (stationery, printing materials etc) and place order when there are shortages.
· To assist in handling office maintenance including office facilities and equipment.
· Assist in stock count activities.
· Any other related job assigned by superior/ Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Possess SPM/STPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE or equivalent.
. Experience with office management systems and procedures.
. Strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
