As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant with in-depth experience in Beauty, Fragrance and Home Lifestyle at our retail location in The Curve, Damansara. You will be the face of our brand, assisting customers in selecting the finest products and ensuring they receive a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers, providing outstanding service and personalized product recommendations
  • Achieve sales targets by showcasing the quality and value of Hyrem’s luxury home and lifestyle products
  • Maintain store visual standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and brand promotions
  • Support store operations such as stock management, cashier duties, and reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 year(s) of retail experience, preferably in Beauty, home goods or lifestyle brands
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
