Brand Marketing Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
· Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
· Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing channels.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and sales, to align brand initiatives with business goals.
Product Marketing & Campaigns
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for air-conditioning products, including residential, commercial, and industrial units.
· Work with creative agencies and internal teams to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and product brochures.
· Coordinate product launches, trade shows, and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
Market research & Consumer Insights
· Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
· Create engaging content for brand websites, blogs, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and optimize online ad performance through platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
· Develop social media strategies to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
· Manage brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Youtube.
· Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and customer inquires.
Public Relations & Brand Partnerships
· Support PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and brand events.
· Identify and collaborate with key industry partners, HVAC dealers, contractors, and influencers to enhance brand reputation.
· Collaborate with retailers, distributors to improve in-store and online brand presence.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, ROI).
· Prepare reports and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
· Optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Experience
· Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
· Minimum two to three years of experience in brand marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
· Familiar with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
· Possess good communication skills, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
