  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for dedicated and professional candidate to join prestige project implementation team under the specialization for M&E WORKS for COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS & HIGH END RESIDENCES. Selected candidate will be well remunerated and compensated with attractive benefits.

Job Summary

  • Oversees the performance of all sub trade contractors and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule.
  • Ensure Work progress and compliance with company's contractual responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and ensure that all contractors complies with the pre-planed work schedules
  • Review method statement and coordinating resources with other contractors.
  • Monitoring quality of product / information / delivered by the subcontractors.
  • Ensure project staffing levels and manpower are sufficient for completing the outstanding work loads.
  • Ensure materials for the works are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and suitably stored on site prior to commencement of works.
  • Monitor the purchases of site materials and deliver to site without delay to the schedule.
  • Deliberate project cost tracking progress, approved contingencies cash flows, and expenses that are not included in the budget.
  • Evaluates and helps determine appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
  • Ensure all shop drawings and other data submitted by contractor has the right information for the work at site.
  • Oversee correspondence and communication and providing direction and action to project team.
  • Recommending approvals / disapproval of variation orders claims by subcontractor.
  • Call for project meetings, document update, follow up and tracking of issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.
  • Ensure everyone at the project site compliance with safety requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes related to projects by properly addressed party involved and problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical & Electrical.
  • 3-5 years of total experience and experience in construction industry.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork.
  • Good problem solving skills and leadership capabilities to drive projects delivery.
  • Based at Site (@ KLANG VALLEY)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
