Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a Variety of Spa Services: Provide body treatments, reflexology, and half-body treatments
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures: Deliver treatments in a consistent, thorough manner while following the company's protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain Treatment Room & Spa Cleanliness: Set up and clean the treatment room before and after each appointment, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment that meets company standards.
  • Foster Positive Client Relations: Engage clients with a friendly, professional attitude, maintain detailed client records, and uphold strict confidentiality regarding personal information.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support smooth spa operations.
  • Client Care: Ensure every client is treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and professionalism to provide an exceptional and memorable spa experience.

Job Requirements

  • Work Schedule:
  • Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (with weekdays off).
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Professionalism: Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Good customer service attitude.
  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Only Experienced Spa Therapist with certification
