Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Technical Support Specialist with a basic understanding of air conditioning systems to join our call center team. This role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, and ensuring excellent after-sales support for Xiaomi products, including air conditioning units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic air conditioning issues, such as installation guidance, maintenance tips, and error code explanations.
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate service teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in the system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and service efficiency.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and new features of Xiaomi air conditioning units.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (e.g., installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo training to enhance technical knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
