Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Technical Support Specialist with a basic understanding of air conditioning systems to join our call center team. This role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, and ensuring excellent after-sales support for Xiaomi products, including air conditioning units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic air conditioning issues, such as installation guidance, maintenance tips, and error code explanations.
- Document and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate service teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in the system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and service efficiency.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and new features of Xiaomi air conditioning units.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (e.g., installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo training to enhance technical knowledge.
