We are looking for an Admin cum Customer Service Executive to join our insurance agency team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and provide excellent customer support:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update customer records and insurance documents.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for insurance policies.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, and in person, providing accurate information about our services.
- Coordinate with insurance agents and clients to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admin or customer service is an advantage.
- Fast learner. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Must have own transport to travel for work.
