About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Fulfilment Lead to drive growth and ensure seamless service delivery. This full-time hybrid role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee the fulfilment of services to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the meetings & events industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring successful service fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business operations and service execution.
  • Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a related role within hospitality, third-party agencies, or corporate meetings & events (e.g., hotel event sales, M&E sales, corporate sales).
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with event planning, venue sourcing, and hospitality services.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
