Job Description: As an Account & Admin Intern, you’ll support our finance and administrative teams in day-to-day operations, gaining practical exposure to accounting processes and office management. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates eager to build foundational skills in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounting tasks: Support the preparation of payment listings, invoice processing, and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
  • Aid in documentation: Help maintain accurate financial records, filing systems, and administrative reports.
  • Support compliance: Assist in preparing audit schedules, tax filings, and liaising with external partners (e.g., auditors, vendors).
  • Data management: Update spreadsheets, track expenses, and ensure accuracy in financial and administrative databases.
  • Admin duties: Provide general office support, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing supplies.
  • Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to process improvements, event coordination, or other tasks as needed.
