General upkeep, maintenance and repair of office facilities and services
Conduct periodic inspections on common facilities such as lobbies, training rooms, toilets, cafeteria, pantries & etc to ensure smooth operations
Conduct periodic inspections on fittings & fixtures such as lighting, ceilings & etc to ensure the building is always in good conditions
Conduct periodic inspections on services such as air-conditioning, elevators, cleaning services & etc to minimize breakdown
Attend to ad hoc requests to repair or rectify fittings and fixtures to ensure uninterrupted operations
Inspect potential problems areas and recommend improvements for the Management’s consideration.
Coordinate defects rectification or renovation works carried out by external contractors
Assist the Management in maintaining good relationship with the building management
