  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What's the team function?

Digital Marketing team is responsible for:

  • Planning and execution of all external marketing (outside of Shopee and Lazada)
  • Manage all social media related matters
  • Promote brand awareness of Dasher and its associated brand

What's your role?

1. Social Media Content & Management

  • Handle content planning, posting, and engagement on XiaoHongShu (XHS), TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Work with Live Hosts (TikTok) and Content Creators (Instagram) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for pet-related campaigns and product promotions.

2. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) & Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, approach, and manage pet-related influencers for collaborations and product endorsements.
  • Negotiate partnerships and ensure KOLs align with brand messaging.
  • Track performance of influencer campaigns and optimize for better engagement.

3. Community Engagement & Trend Spotting

  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
  • Engage with pet-loving communities to grow brand presence.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and user interactions to build an active following.

What's the skill required?

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed! No experience? No problem—bring your creativity and passion!
  • Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A social media enthusiast who loves TikTok, XHS, and Instagram.
  • Passionate about pets (Bonus points if you have your own pet!).

Who’s there to support you?

You’ll work closely with the Live Host to ensure smooth sessions and foster mutual improvements in live sales performance through collaboration and feedback. Also, our Creative Designer Team will assist in producing engaging and interesting props, visuals, and graphics to elevate the quality of live sessions.

The eCommerce team will align live sessions with overall campaign objectives and provide additional insights. You will be involved into various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Hence, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
