Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical developers) to gather requirements and define integration solutions6. Conduct customer workshops to gather integration requirements and design solutions23. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues4. Technical Skills and Development: Analyze integration processes on-premise and in the cloud, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization13. Use programming skills in languages such as ABAP, JAVA, or SQL to implement custom integration solutions1.
