Tenancy Management:- Track and update tenancy renewals, expirations, and terminations using the tenancy aging report.
- Communicate with landlords regarding new tenancies, renewals, or terminations based on management instructions.
- Prepare and organize documentation for new tenancies and renewals, including payment forms, company document requisitions, offer letters, and tenancy agreements.
- Provide monthly updates on showroom listings to management.
- Coordinate with landlords to arrange deposit refunds after showroom closure.
- Draft various correspondence such as Letters of Intent for Renewal, Letters of Non-Renewal, etc.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing both hardcopy and digital documents within a systematic filing system for easy access.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Showroom Renovation/ Dismantling:
Job Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Property Development, Real Estate Management, or Accounting.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing tenancy and fit-out matters in commercial real estate, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting is a plus.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
