
Junior HR Consultant
Employee Relations & HR Advisory Talent Management & Performance Development HR Strategy & Implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in consulting, employee relations, or talent management.
- Expertise in ER and performance management, with solid knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and push back when needed.
- Ability to do research, work in a dynamic environment managing multiple clients and projects.
- HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus.
- Possess own transport
- Mandarin speaking and writing is a must to deal with Chinese counterparts
