Employee Relations & HR Advisory

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices align with labour laws and industry regulations. Conduct regular compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement to mitigate legal risks for clients.
  • Employee Relations & HR Advisory – Act as a strategic HR partner, advising client management teams on employee relations issues and HR best practices. Support managers in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans while ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Regulatory Updates & Advisory – Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, assess their impact, and provide timely guidance to management and clients.

    Talent Management & Performance Development

    • Talent Management & Performance Development – Design and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives. Develop and execute performance evaluation frameworks, including setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking employee progress.
    • Career Development & Succession Planning – Provide coaching and career development support to employees, ensuring they reach their full potential. Work with leadership teams to identify high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Employee Engagement & Retention – Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

      HR Strategy & Implementation

      • HR Initiatives & Business Alignment – Partner with clients to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with their business goals.
      • HR Transformation & Change Management – Assist in executing HR transformation projects, including restructuring, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
      • HR Audits & Process Improvement – Conduct HR audits, assess gaps, and recommend action plans for improvement.
      • Data-Driven HR Decisions – Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and analytics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in consulting, employee relations, or talent management.
  • Expertise in ER and performance management, with solid knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and push back when needed.
  • Ability to do research, work in a dynamic environment managing multiple clients and projects.
  • HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus.
  • Possess own transport
  • Mandarin speaking and writing is a must to deal with Chinese counterparts
