The Operation Assistant is responsible for assisting the upper management of the Company to ensure effective and efficient of the organization operational activities. Responsibilities: Distributing Company Profile in a timely and efficient manner. Interacting with potential customers in a professional manner and do database record. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the company. Do projects' site visits, meeting and manage operation matters related to workers/clients at site projects. Must be able to do outside work (go to bank/ government office, sites, etc.). Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned. Requirements: Min requirement of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or any related field Experience in Cleaning Services Industry is an advantage Good communication skills Able to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge in MS office /Excel/ Internet Fast learner, able to work in team or independent, hardworking and punctual. Have driving license A warm and welcoming personality. * Work location: Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, KL * Working days/hours: Monday-Friday / 9.00am- 6.00pm (Saturday 1st/ 2nd week only- half day) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
