Job Description: We are looking for a Part-Time Company Secretary to assist in corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards. The candidate will liaise with external company secretaries (CoSec), SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), and other regulatory bodies to facilitate corporate filings, compliance documentation, and board resolutions. Responsibilities: - Work closely with external company secretaries to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. - Liaise with SSM for company-related filings, annual returns, and statutory updates. - Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory documents. - Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and compliance documentation. - Coordinate Board of Directors’ meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and recording minutes. - Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant corporate regulations. - Handle company incorporation, share transfers, and corporate restructuring matters as required. - Support the management team in handling corporate governance and compliance matters. Requirements: - Licensed Company Secretary (MAICSA, LS, or equivalent qualification preferred) or experience in corporate secretarial work. - Knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and corporate governance regulations. - Experience in liaising with external company secretaries and SSM. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
