Job Description: As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible to deliver revenue growth for brand. Your work revolves around: Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients, including merchants, suppliers, and corporate buyers. Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and secure new business deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business growth areas. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure profitable deals. Manage existing B2B accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Address client inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns targeting B2B clients. Track sales performance and provide reports to management Make daily outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services. Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of client needs. Overcome objections and persuade prospects to schedule meetings or product demos. The Ideal Candidates: Fluent in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written); Cantonese is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with cold calling, preferably in eCommerce, tech, or FMCG industries. Comfortable making outbound sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Familiar with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and online business models. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Experience dealing with corporate clients and merchants is a plus.
