  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with e-invoice guideline.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and manage staff calendars.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage company records, including contracts, policies and confidential documents.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide support in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
  • Other dues and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Min. two (2) years of working experience in an administrative and accounting role.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin (not a must but preferable).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Pleasant personality and demonstrate willingness to learn.
  • Team player as well as able to work individually with minimum supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work at Batu Caves area.
  • Able to start immediately.
