- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with e-invoice guideline.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and manage staff calendars.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage company records, including contracts, policies and confidential documents.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Provide support in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
- Other dues and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Min. two (2) years of working experience in an administrative and accounting role.
- Able to converse in Mandarin (not a must but preferable).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Pleasant personality and demonstrate willingness to learn.
- Team player as well as able to work individually with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work at Batu Caves area.
- Able to start immediately.
