• Co-ordinate & assist management on daily administrative activities. • To assist in maintenance & update of all data entry in the server. • Update records for daily mail franking, registered mails, courier records & stationeries. • Assist in document control and scanning of all prospective buyer's documents for their application such as filing, photocopying, researching and data compilation. • To issue official receipts to the respective parties upon receiving payment and prepare accounting-related documentation. • Promptly issue reminder letters for those buyers is an outstanding payment. • Maintain good and efficient filling of all projects and purchaser files. • Ensure that copies of billings, official receipts and correspondences with purchasers are stored in the respective purchasers’ file. • Maintain confidentiality of the purchasers and company information. • Ensure smooth running of operations by maintaining office matters. • Attend to any other task(s) assigned by superior and/or Head of Department.
