- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with the company’s growth strategy to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement, networking, and social media recruitment.

- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract top talent.
- Support HR projects and employer branding initiatives as assigned.

- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Recruitment within the retail industry.
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (retail industry or recruitment agency preferred).
- Proficient in using job boards and social media recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborate within a team.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prefer candidates who can start immediately or on short notice.
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (retail industry or recruitment agency preferred).
