
Human Resource Manager
Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. They ensure that the organization attracts and hires qualified talent. Employee Relations: Managing relationships between employees and the organization. They address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment. Performance Management: Developing and overseeing performance appraisal systems, helping employees set goals, and providing feedback to improve their productivity and performance. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting professional development to improve employees' skills and knowledge. Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation programs, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits packages. Ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensuring that the company follows all labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, non-discrimination policies, and wage laws. Employee Well-being: Promoting programs and policies that support employee health, safety, and work-life balance. This may include wellness programs, employee assistance programs (EAP), or initiatives related to mental health. Policy Development: Drafting, updating, and enforcing company policies, such as codes of conduct, leave policies, and workplace rules. Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management, working towards solutions that align with company values and culture. HR Strategy and Planning: Aligning HR initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy. Developing and implementing HR strategies that help the organization achieve its goals. Employee Engagement and Retention: Developing strategies to keep employees motivated and satisfied with their work environment, and ensuring high employee retention rates. Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining and analyzing HR data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and other metrics. Reporting key HR data to senior management. Onboarding and Offboarding: Overseeing the process of introducing new hires to the company and handling the exit process for departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions in both cases.
- Degree in HR Management
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English
