Responsibilities：

1、Identify and assess crypto-friendly jurisdictions, responsible for managing the application and registration process for cryptocurrency licenses in the U.S. to ensure the company's competitive advantage in compliance.

2、As the primary project leader, coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors to ensure that all relevant license application processes run efficiently and smoothly.

3、Keep updated on rapidly evolving global crypto regulations. Efficiently review and provide impact analysis of such changes to Senior Management.

4、Continuously monitor global cryptocurrency regulations and analyze their potential impact on business and compliance policies, communicating findings to senior management.

5、Experience interacting with relevant regulatory agencies in New York, California, Colorado, other U.S. states, Dubai, and Europe will be highly valued.

6、Regularly develop, review, and update compliance manuals based on regulatory changes and license requirements.

7、Handle submissions and inquiries from regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate responses to compliance requirements.

8、Conduct compliance monitoring and checks to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory standards, promptly identifying and addressing potential compliance issues.

9、Design compliance-related workflows to effectively support virtual currency platform operations.

10、Monitor and maintain transaction and compliance records.

11、Provide internal training and update training materials as needed.

Qualifications：

1、Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business or Law or equivalent;

minimum 5 years relevant experience in regulatory compliance and/or licensing roles in MNC;

2、Excellent projects management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.;

3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

4、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail;

5、Excellent command of English written and spoken skills;

6、Good command of Chinese & Mandarin (written and spoken);

7、Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast paced environments.

8、A candidate with extensive experience may be considered as senior position.
