  • Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
  • Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
  • Improve Sales pipelines by maintaining good customer relationship.
  • Carry out various sales activities for higher sales achievement.
  • Evaluate proposals from external parties regarding property acquisition and other business opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the department, including the preparation of tender plans and documents, and managing payment processes.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with relevant government agencies, industry stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate networking and gather market intelligence.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT-related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with a cheerful and motivated personality.
  • Willingness to learn various skills i.e. presentation, selling.
  • Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia -Mandarin is a plus.
