- Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- Improve Sales pipelines by maintaining good customer relationship.
- Carry out various sales activities for higher sales achievement.
- Evaluate proposals from external parties regarding property acquisition and other business opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the department, including the preparation of tender plans and documents, and managing payment processes.
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with relevant government agencies, industry stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate networking and gather market intelligence.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT-related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with a cheerful and motivated personality.
- Willingness to learn various skills i.e. presentation, selling.
- Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia -Mandarin is a plus.
