  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales deals to acquire new shipping customers and serve the needs of existing clients.
  • Promote shipping services and solutions.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide quotations.
  • Develop new market and business opportunities while retaining existing and regaining lost businesses.
  • Enhance customer experience and service performance by managing both proactive and reactive cases for assigned key accounts.
  • Assist with rate negotiations for freight inquiries and adopt a proactive approach to timely changes in contractual terms and filling rates.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service & Operations team to achieve optimum loading levels.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates preferably possess a Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in shipping line sales.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, cooperative, and customer-oriented.
  • Work location: Bintulu.
