Customer Service Associate (Freelance)
Job Description
We are looking for a freelance customer service representative to assist our customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are a fast learner with excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you! Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, private messages, comments and emails from customers.
- Learn and use our company’s system to assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Manage the subscription of the customer using the company's system.
- Record and organize phone numbers and other customer information in the database.
- Handling online presentation of products. Ensuring customers receive full acknowledgement of products.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Customer Service/Business Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient in using computers, smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Able to communicate effectively via phones and WhatsApp.
- Efficient in responding to comments and customers inquiries in a timely manner.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Mandarin
Working Hour :
Sunday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM or 12 PM - 6 PM (Rotate Shift)
/ Off days are scheduled on a rotating basis, with one full day off and an additional half-day off per week.
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM7.21 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
