Position Title: Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support during a maternity leave. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining continuity of services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and file documents, maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with data entry tasks and prepare basic reports or presentations when required
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support for any additional tasks or projects as required, ensuring the smooth continuation of business activities during the maternity cover period.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
Duration:
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, expected to last for 30/06/2025.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
