Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and assisting with recruitment, payroll, and office administration. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientations.
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist with payroll processing, including attendance tracking and overtime calculations.
- Handle employee claims, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
- Support employee benefits administration, including medical claims and insurance.
4. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
- Support HR-related events such as team-building activities, training, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
