HR GENERALIST
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RBA compliance, Industrial Relations (IR), and general HR practices. The HR Generalist will ensure compliance with industry standards, manage employee relations, and support various HR functions to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1)RBA Compliance:
-Ensure the organization complies with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and regulations.
-Prepare for and support internal & external audits related to RBA compliance.
-Collaborate with other departments to address any findings or non-compliance issues after audits.
-Coordinate with clients on RBA compliance-related matters and provide necessary documentation during audits.
2)Industrial Relations (IR):
-Handle employee relations issues, including dispute resolution and conflict management.
-Provide guidance on labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and other IR-related matters.
-Foster a positive relationship between employees and management, and manage grievances or disciplinary actions.
3)General HR Support:
-Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR functions.
-Provide general HR support to employees, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on RBA compliance and IR.
-In-depth knowledge of HR laws, labor relations, and RBA standards.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
