- To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and to expand Company’s customer base.
- In charge of the new and used vehicle sales, pricing strategies, customer relations and customer networks.
- To ensure overall sales performance is according to the Annual Management Plan (AMP).
- To be responsible on the stock movement, availability, ordering and reporting and liaise with head office on any matters pertaining to sales operations.
- To analyse performance of sales and monitor the sales team from operations, performance to personal achievements and developments by ensuring sales team is equipped with proper and adequate sales training and knowledge.
- To handle complaints received pertaining to the sales and the sales team whilst leading and motivating the sales team in achieving sales target.
- Responsible on the sales and profitability by planning, implementing and monitoring Sales Tactical Campaign / Initiatives and reports related to branch sales operations.
- To liaise with Marketing Department, After Sales Department or any internal / external stakeholders on any planned sales campaign.
- To undertake sales needs assessment in ensuring target achievements.
- To be accountable of people and operations management at the branch.
- To control expenses and manage budgets.
- Perform any other assignments as required by the Superior / Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
