Job Descriptions:

  • Prepared daily payment cheque
  • Prepared daily bank draft
  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure customers’ payments are punctual and incoming funds are processed
  • Review all invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Perform collection efforts with clients for payments and prepare overdue report to sales staff and liaise with sales staff on overdue debts
  • Work with divisions to ensure debt collection is maximised and information is communicated as necessary.
  • Prepare weekly cash report, ageing report, AR cashflow forecast, sales commission report and any paperwork relating to debt issues
  • Follow debt collection processes and escalate debt as appropriate.
  • Provide support to Finance Manager in the monthly AR review, Regional monthly reporting and preparation of audit confirmations and schedules
  • Follow up on any discrepancies or disputes
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
  • To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in both spoken and written – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, responsible and positive working attitude.
  • Able to perform multitasking in fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
