Account executive
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process supplier invoices, payments, and ensure timely settlement.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Taxation & Compliance:
Assist in the preparation of SST/E-Invoicing submissions and other tax-related matters.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with financial analysis and reports.
Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,158.62 - RM4,738.32 per month
