Duties and responsibilities: Planning HR and IT Administration activities based on company objectives. Assist on developing HR policies and procedures. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintains a positive corporate culture; actively pursues employee engagement and relations activities. Support for payroll matters - Staff attendance record, OT and commission calculations etc. Act as a bridge between management and employees on any issue that arises. Running the office, facilities management functions and any ad-hoc or special projects/activities. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures and system assets Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, system optimization, hardware and network equipment upgrades Requirements: Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience Education background business management and/or marketing Comprehensive and current knowledge on industry trends.
