Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a strong focus on media buying and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role will manage multi-channel paid campaigns, implement CRO strategies, and drive results through data-led decision-making. You will be responsible for the overall media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign optimization across all paid channels. You will work closely with the creative, and strategy teams to drive growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Manage media buying, optimizing spend for maximum performance and ROAS.
  • Lead CRO initiatives across landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion points to boost overall campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Report on KPIs and provide strategic insights to external and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and growth areas
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in media buying across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) and CRO. Proven track record of managing large media budgets with successful outcomes.
  • Technical: Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key ad platforms. . Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools. Proficient in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Organisational Rockstar – You love personal optimisation. This means you will collaborate with the team to make life more efficient, more enjoyable, and more effective through the utilisation of project management software and through tools and applications that can make our virtual experience more streamlined.

What Will You Be Working On?

  • Performance Marketing – We are an ad department vs. a content department. Your #1 priority is to optimise campaigns and ad account structures for maximum conversion.
  • Optimizing paid media via creative variations – We make variations of the first 2-5 seconds to provide extended reach to new audience groups. You will understand new "Thumb-Stops" (or first 2-3 seconds) along with other variations (i.e., cut-downs) for flexible and efficient testing. If an advertisement scales, we will make this a priority. This is the fun part. When this happens, you know the ads are producing substantial revenue for the company.
  • Always Learning, Always Growing, Always Contributing – Every media channel has its own unique "native" look and feel. You will be expected to understand the nuances of each channel so your ad can hit the highest conversion metrics. (i.e., TikTok is a very different experience than Facebook).
  • Competitive Research, Customer Persona, and Media Metrics – We are not looking for an assembly-line marketer. We want a right-brain/left-brain marketer. That means you invest the time to research and emulate our competition and become intimately aware of our customer persona so you're aware what makes an an empathetic storyline. You understand how to analyze media metrics to see where advertisements are winning and falling short. Based on the data, you will be expected to participate in Media/Creative calls to contribute ideas for enhancing ad spend.
