Job Responsibilities:
- To manage social media platform Facebook, Instagram, Official Website, etc.,
- Post daily content on all our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with the community on social media.
- Go live on TikTok/Instagram occasionally to promote our brand and connect with the audience.
- Track social media trends and suggest new ideas for content.
- To increase brand visibility and attract more attention.
- Produce and post daily content on our social media pages, including photo, video, and other engaging contents formats.
- Ensure marketing efforts support corporate goals, and are in harmony with other operational goals.
- Build good rapport and relationship with affiliate by providing timely support and information.
- To manage & optimise self-serve advertising platform with integrate, upload, setting, optimise, analysis & meet Goal Performance target.
- To be proactive and taking initiative to solve the campaign inquiries and daily issue.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for promotions, events, and online community growth.
- Handle orders received via social media, including processing and coordinating with customers.
- Assist in packing and preparing orders for delivery.
- Create and manage bills/invoices for customer orders
Requirements:
- Experience in content creation and social media platform management
- Familiar with Capcut and Canva
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Open to being in front of camera where necessary
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or Tamil is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
