About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Technical / Product Specialist to join our team. This role bridges technology and healthcare, ensuring our digital health solutions align with clinical operations and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare IT, EMR/EHR systems, medical workflows, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between healthcare professionals, technical teams, and vendors. Work closely with EMR/EHR vendors to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assist in defining healthcare business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of healthcare IT solutions and ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
  • Provide training and support to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners on system usage.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations, HL7/FHIR standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to optimize platform features based on user feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology, product management, or system integration.
  • Strong understanding of EMR, HIS, HL7/FHIR interoperability, and medical operations.
  • Experience in working with healthcare SaaS platforms, medical devices, or digital health applications.
  • Ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and training abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospital/clinic IT implementation or digital health solutions.
  • Understanding of AI-driven healthcare platforms, IoT medical devices, or telemedicine solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (MDA, MOH, GDPR, HIPAA compliance).
