
MIS IT Assistant Manager/Manager
Responsibilities:
You are required to perform these job functions:
· Manage the maintenance, upgrading, and administration of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, ensuring their reliability and performance.
· Develop and manage Management Information Systems to meet the unique needs of the F&B industry, such as inventory management, supply chain optimization, and POS systems.
· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant food safety regulations and data protection laws.
· Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and loyalty programs.
· Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement and maintenance of technology resources.
· Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of MIS and IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
· Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the F&B industry to continually improve the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.
· Strong knowledge of MIS, IT infrastructure, and relevant software applications (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software, CRM).
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
· Knowledge of data protection regulations and food safety compliance is a plus.
· Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
