Job Description
- Arranging to create a visual commerce display. This may include establishing and managing product displays, designing window displays, and ensuring that items are visually appealing and eye-catching.
- Monitoring in coordinating product launches and promotions
- Restocking shelves with new merchandise as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans and strategies
- Ensure the products are correctly priced and labeled
- Responsible for managing all aspects related to the expansion of company business.
- Oversee market research, strategic planning, and all other necessary components to ensure a smooth and successful expansion.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry may be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail operations, and customer behavior is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
