Job Description

  • Arranging to create a visual commerce display. This may include establishing and managing product displays, designing window displays, and ensuring that items are visually appealing and eye-catching.
  • Monitoring in coordinating product launches and promotions
  • Restocking shelves with new merchandise as needed
  • Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans and strategies
  • Ensure the products are correctly priced and labeled
  • Responsible for managing all aspects related to the expansion of company business.
  • Oversee market research, strategic planning, and all other necessary components to ensure a smooth and successful expansion.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer goods industry may be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail operations, and customer behavior is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
