Job Description

  • Managing the operations of a medical clinic (registration, dispense medication, assist doctor etc)
  • Preparing relevant business reports for a clinic operation.
  • Managing and processing claims for panel clinics or other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any administrative issues.
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of documents for audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, finance) to ensure efficient operations with panel providers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and healthcare providers.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and administrative software.
  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Ability to handle social media and promotional material
  • Excellent Time Management Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
