Job Description
- Managing the operations of a medical clinic (registration, dispense medication, assist doctor etc)
- Preparing relevant business reports for a clinic operation.
- Managing and processing claims for panel clinics or other healthcare providers.
- Ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any administrative issues.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of documents for audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, finance) to ensure efficient operations with panel providers.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and healthcare providers.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and administrative software.
- Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Ability to handle social media and promotional material
- Excellent Time Management Skills
