They work closely with the COO or Operations Manager to ensure that all operational processes are optimized and streamlined, allowing the company to meet its goals and objectives. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and coordinating various activities to achieve operational excellence. Job Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of operations staff, including training, guidance, and performance management. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective operations. • Monitor and manage resources such as equipment, materials, and labor to ensure optimal utilization. • Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiations. • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and tracking. • Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and reduce costs. • Ensure that all operations meet quality standards and compliance requirements. • Implement quality control procedures and participate in audits and inspections. • Collect and analyze operational data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare regular reports for management on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. • Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment. • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications is highly preferred. • Proven experience as a Operation Assistant Manager or in a similar role. • Proficiency in risk management software, incident tracking tools, and data analytics. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Regulatory and compliance knowledge in operational risk management.
