Role Description

Position: Software Support Specialist

Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Location: Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer and technical support on a daily basis.

Perform software troubleshooting and provide analytical support.

Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.

Assist in enhancing customer experience through prompt and effective problem resolution.

Project Management Scope:

In addition to the technical support responsibilities, the role will also involve key project management duties to ensure the smooth execution of software support initiatives. The successful candidate will:

Define and Plan: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all tasks are clearly outlined and deadlines are met.

Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, monitor progress, and implement effective risk management strategies to handle potential challenges.

Coordinate and Communicate: Act as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating meetings.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement best practices in project management and support operations.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Customer Support: Ability to effectively manage customer interactions.

Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in software troubleshooting is an advantage.

Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
