Talent & Organization – Intelligence & Insights COE Custom Analytics Consultant (HR Analytics/PowerBI)
We are seeking an experienced Custom Analytics Consultant Analyst/Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network: Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice. Job Responsibilities:
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights Custom Analytics Analyst/ Consultant in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:
Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients
Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and concerns to determine the best data-driven solution
Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
Building data-driven solutions including frameworks, data modelling and validation, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs
Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts
Working on Workforce or Talent Analytics using basic and advance statistical/ML methodologies
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions
Support innovation and product development opportunities and own the delivery of certain solutions
Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth
Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans
Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training, and attending community events
Key Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience (for Analyst), 3 to 6 years of experience (for Consultant) in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)
Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of BI dashboards
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets effectively.
Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing
Fluency in open-source tool (R-Programming) use and application in day-to-day work
Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and findings clearly to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a proactive attitude.
Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
