Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events, ensuring they are executed smoothly and successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and strategies based on objectives and audience.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event logistics, including catering, audiovisuals, and décor.
  • Oversee event promotion and marketing, including digital campaigns, social media, and PR.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
  • Manage event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
  • Supervise on-site event execution, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Measure and analyze event success through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Budget management and financial planning expertise.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with corporate, social, or non-profit events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
