Executive Housekeeper
1. To oversee the management of every area of the hotel housekeeping operation is meticulously cleaned and set as per company standards as well as gardens groomed and well kept as per the monitoring schedules.
2. Oversees the close co-operation with Engineering operations departments and managers
3. Oversee the exhaustive Preventive Maintenance System and ensure that all qualitative and time related KPI’s are being met
4. Oversees all laundry related operations
5. To ensure all service protocols are trained in and implemented regarding guest valuables and property.
6. To ensure all staff are trained to interact promptly with guests in a professional manner (irrelevant of guest nationality)
7. To ensure all departmental training/subsequent matrices are implemented for every member of the Housekeeping staff.
8. To safeguard the property, it’s guests, staff and its assets at all times.
9. To ensure the highest possible servicing of guests and their facilities by all staff under housekeeping department and including Laundry in line with company policy and health and hygiene guidelines
10. Establish systems which monitor the achievement of departmental goals
11. Ensure compliance with business operations and hospitality laws
12. Work with sales to manage the development of new products and services
13. Develop quality management systems
14. Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests
15. To plan, direct, control and coordinate the activities of all personnel engaged in the housekeeping division to insure an efficient and profitable service.
16. To ensure high service standards in all areas of responsibility
17. Ensures uniforms, linen and toweling and all relevant operating equipment is controlled and sufficient for hotel needs
18. Schedules routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas by/with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and other supervisory personnel
19. Inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and in good repair
20. Manages and implements rotational cleaning and maintenance schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
