  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and understand the needs and operations of the stakeholders (such as government agencies, operational teams, project teams) and translate those into user requirements.
  • Research and translate the findings into user requirements (act as a subject matter expert for certain products/services).
  • Produce the user requirements documentation.
  • Review the user requirements of other team members.
  • Walkthrough and confirm the user requirements with the stakeholders.
  • Walkthrough the user requirements with the technical and quality assurance teams.
  • Review the functionality of the solution prior to the comprehensive testing by the quality assurance team.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for the stakeholders and the application support team.
  • Provide post-implementation support during the critical period after the implementation.
  • Manage the overall change request as required / when necessary (from initiation to deployment).
  • Perform additional tasks as required / when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years Business Analysis work related experience.
  • Experience in Web 3.0.
  • Experience in Financial Information System (FIS) and Fintech.
  • Experience in producing user stories is a must.
  • Experience in producing user requirements or functional requirements specification document would be an advantage.
  • Experience in producing user guides or manual is a must.
  • Experience in conducting training and presentation is a must.
  • Fundamental experience in performing application testing is a must.
  • Fundamental experience with Microsoft Visio is a must.
  • Experience in managing projects would be an advantage.
  • Experience in providing application support would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
